• Maintain professionalism and calm demeanor; keep interviews on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews; arrange travel and accommodation when needed.
• Use Ashby ATS and recruiting tools to stay organized and on track.
• Support multiple functions within OpenAI’s recruiting team.
• Handle high-volume global scheduling of interviews and related activities.
• Provide updates to candidates on applicant status and interview progress.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiting stakeholders.
