The Kenswick Partners is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our hiring pipeline organized and moving. You are the first point of contact for candidates and the main support for recruiters to keep interviews, records, and follow-ups on track.

This is an internal, full-time remote position on The Kenswick Partners team. The role emphasizes scheduling, candidate record accuracy, and clear communication to ensure every applicant understands what happens next.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication.
• Strong organization and follow-through across many open items at once.
• Comfort learning new software, including applicant tracking systems, calendars, and spreadsheets.
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications and route each one to the right recruiter.
• Schedule phone and video interviews and send confirmations and reminders.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email about next steps.
• Keep candidate records and interview outcomes current in our applicant tracking system.
• Post and refresh job listings on job boards.
• Prepare weekly reports on applicants, interviews, and hires.
• Handle candidate information with care and keep it confidential.
