Markage is seeking a US HR Manager to join our fully remote U.S. team. You will own the complete human resources function for the United States and be responsible for building and running people operations as the team scales.

Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, policy guidance, and coordination with leadership on people-related decisions. The role requires discretion, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist with full ownership of the function.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all core U.S. human resources operations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing support, and offboarding.
• Provide clear, practical guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters.
• Partner with leadership on people decisions, performance issues, and organizational needs.
• Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, and process discipline.
• Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries professionally.
• Identify and reduce people-related risk through consistent processes and good judgment.
• Continuously improve HR systems and processes as the U.S. team expands.
