Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with mass hiringPosition
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews
• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to balance strategy and execution
• High attention to detail in messaging and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Assist in mass hiring by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract large candidate pools
• Manage recruitment process from job posting to hire
