Job summary

Hire Latam LLC is seeking a Remote Recruiting Associate to own the front end of the recruitment funnel. You will build targeted passive candidate lists, perform high-volume cold outreach, conduct initial screenings, and maintain ATS data hygiene.

This is a 100% remote, Latin America–based role reporting to the owner during US Mountain Time hours. Responsibilities include scheduling, candidate evaluation summaries, and ongoing market research.

Qualifications

• US-facing recruiting experience in US staffing, RPO or BPO environments.
• Daily outbound calling targets of 40–60 dials to passive candidates.
• Fluent spoken and written English for US business leaders.
• Hands-on Boolean search and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates and build targeted lists.
• Execute high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct 15–20 minute initial screening calls and document evaluations.
• Schedule qualified candidates onto the owner's calendar and maintain calendar integrity.
• Maintain full ATS data hygiene and update records daily.
