Job summary

Handoff is seeking a full-cycle recruiter on a freelance, project-based basis. You will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, while building durable talent pipelines. You will engage top LATAM talent for U.S.

clients across time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely hires. This fully remote role requires Colombia-based candidates fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM talent markets, especially Colombia.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding).
• Proactively source and engage top talent across multiple roles and industries.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience and culture fit.
• Build and maintain strong, reusable talent pipelines.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver aligned candidates.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (LATAM and U.S.).
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Continuously improve recruiting strategies using data, tools, and market insights.
