Globaltize in a remote LATAM setting is seeking a Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to drive candidate submissions and placements across the United States. You’ll manage screening through onboarding with a strong emphasis on KPI achievement and timely processes.

The role requires clear English communication, comfort with metrics, and experience using ATS platforms. Remote work from LATAM with potential to scale hours based on performance.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfort working in a metrics driven, performance based role.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and job boards.
• Reliable, punctual, and deadline focused.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and accountability.
• 6 to 24 months of recruiting or staffing experience, with junior level candidates preferred.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS systems.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare, education, or clinical roles.
• Background working remotely for U.S. based companies.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Submit qualified candidates to open requisitions within defined timelines.
• Maintain a consistent submission pipeline aligned with weekly KPIs.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Drive candidate follow ups to reduce drop off and fallout.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding and compliance paperwork.
