Job summary

Owner is looking for a hands-on Recruiter to lead LATAM full-cycle hiring in a remote-first, global team. You will own the process from intake to offer and partner with hiring managers to move searches efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, LATAM hiring familiarity, and fluent English and Spanish. You will source proactively, maintain clean ATS data, and help scale our growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house, with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience hiring in Latin America.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches end to end from intake through offer.
• Source proactively across LinkedIn, local job boards, communities, and referrals.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide clear, data-backed recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to set expectations and maintain search momentum.
• Keep ATS data clean and use pipeline insights to flag risks.
• Build LATAM market knowledge on talent pools and compensation.
• Improve hiring process from outreach to candidate experience.
