Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring a full-time Recruiter to identify, screen, and present top talent for marketing, sales, operations, and other roles for international clients. The role collaborates with hiring managers to define requirements and craft job descriptions, then sources candidates through databases, networks, and events.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, strong English, and proficiency with HR tools like Zoho Recruit, Slack, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles.
• Degree in business, HR, psychology, etc. If not, successful performance in a similar role will be considered.
• Advanced English (C1/C2).
• Proficient with Zoho Recruit or any other HR CRM.
• Experience with Slack, Asana, Loom and/or similar.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in dynamic environments.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
• Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, etc
• Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
• Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
• Interview candidates and create their profile summaries for the client
• Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process
• Maintain and use correctly the Applicant Tracking System to date
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the marketplace.
• Attends online job fairs and industry conferences
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• 1,200/month + Commission + Performance Bonus
• 100% Remote from anywhere in Latin America

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Paid Media, Sales, or other related jobs
  
• Degree in business, human resources, psychology, etc. If not, successful performance in a similar role will be considered.

• Proficient with Zoho Recruit or any other HR CRM.
  
• Previous experience working with Slack, Asana, Loom and/or similar.
