Job summary

CareerFlow is seeking a High Volume Hiring Recruiter focused on sourcing candidates across Latin America (LATAM) for remote, project-based opportunities.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and experience with high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management. You will build LATAM candidate pools, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and meet daily recruitment targets while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and staffing.
• Experience sourcing candidates in Latin America.
• Ability to manage a large candidate pipeline simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source a high volume of LATAM-based candidates for multiple open positions.
• Recruit Spanish-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit and other channels.
• Screen applications and identify candidates meeting project requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain an active pipeline and meet daily/weekly recruiting targets.
