Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Recruiter I to support a fast-paced recruitment function. This role focuses on full life cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of contractors.

You will build partnerships with Hiring Managers and Operations teams while delivering results across assigned accounts. The position is fully remote on a temp-to-perm basis, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $58,000–$60,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop/manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
