Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. This remote, exempt role focuses on full life-cycle recruiting across assigned accounts.

You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard contractors, while collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR, and the recruitment team to meet KPI targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Training and remote recruitment techniques are emphasized.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel 0–10%.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding of contractors.
• Maintain recruitment updates and communicate market conditions to management.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
