Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Recruiter I to support full lifecycle recruiting for contractor accounts. This position is fully remote on a temp-to-perm basis, with a salary range of $58,000–$60,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will partner with operations teams, hiring managers, and HR to source, screen, interview, and extend offers while tracking KPI-driven metrics and ensuring timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in full life cycle recruiting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with remote recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes.
• Develop/manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and monitor market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
