• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Intermediate, Required

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited
• Develop/manage relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment team-mates
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management on market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
