Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. This exempt/salaried role offers a fully remote setup (temp to perm) with a salary range of $58,000–$60,000 and weekday schedules.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding of contractors, plus collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR, and the recruitment team to meet KPI targets and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administers defined external/internal recruitment processes for accounts.
• Develops and manages relationships with Hiring Managers and HR teams.
• Provides recruitment updates and market condition insights to management.
• Meets Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
