Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. The role is fully remote (temp to perm) with a salary range of $58,000–$60,000, exempt/salaried, Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding of contractors, and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and HR. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
• Provide recruitment updates and monitor market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Implement recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
