Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Recruiter I to support recruiting across our remote, temp-to-perm roles in the United States. This role will manage full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to fill contractor positions efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have full life-cycle recruiting experience and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined recruitment processes for assigned accounts and build relationships with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Provide recruitment updates and market insights to management regarding contractor recruitment.
• Support sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding of contractors.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment across accounts.
