Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to handle full life cycle recruitment for contractor roles. The position offers a fully remote arrangement (temporary to permanent) with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $58,000 to $60,000.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, as well as building relationships with hiring managers and HR. Requires at least an HS diploma and 2+ years of recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Full life cycle recruiting experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
