Qualifications

• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes and manage relationships with Hiring Managers, Dedicated Senior Operations Team, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
