Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. This full-life-cycle recruiting role is fully remote (temp to perm) with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding for contractors, while building relationships with hiring managers, HR, and the recruitment

Qualificações

• Full life cycle recruiting experience required.
• 2 years or more experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Perform sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding of contractors.
• Maintain relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions impacting contractor recruiting.
