Responsibilities

• Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding of contractors.
• Administrates defined external/internal recruitment processes and develops relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provides recruitment updates and informs management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meets Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
