Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers defined external/internal recruitment processes and builds relationships with operations teams, hiring managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provides recruitment updates and informs management of market conditions affecting contractor hiring.
• Defines and executes recruitment strategies, including ads, job fairs, remote recruiting, and KPI tracking.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by fully recruiting all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
