Job summary

NDA is seeking a Recruiter with Spanish fluency to join a fast-growing fintech expanding into Latin America. You will lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Retention and Customer Support across LatAm, sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals while managing the ATS and driving data-driven decisions.

Remote work is available with optional onsite in Limassol; you will collaborate with an international team across time zones to fill roles efficiently and deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search and direct outreach.
• Experience with an ATS and a data-driven approach to hiring funnel.
• Comfortable working remotely in international teams across time zones or office in Limassol.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer and onboarding handover.
• Lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Retention and Customer Support (LatAm).
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews and assess test tasks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role profiles, scorecards and hiring plans.
• Coordinate with agencies, BPOs and outstaff providers.
