Caliza, a fintech-leaning commercial banking infrastructure company, is seeking a Recruiter, People Operations to own end-to-end hiring across the US, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. You will design processes, partner with leaders, and scale people operations as we grow.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, leverage Lever, coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance, and report weekly on hiring plans. Fluent English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus; US Eastern/Brazil hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting at a high-growth startup.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries, including Latin America.
• Experience closing senior and technical candidates.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, Lever preferred.
• Able to run 10+ open roles simultaneously.
• Professional working fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to work hours overlapping US Eastern and Brazil time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting across every team: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, references and closing.
• Run Lever: job postings, pipelines, scorecards, reporting and hiring manager workflows.
• Partner with hiring managers to define each role, build structured interview loops and hold a consistent hiring bar.
• Source directly for hard-to-fill roles, including regulated compliance and licensing roles and regional sales roles in new markets.
• Manage offers within approved compensation bands, working with Finance on approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: documentation, equipment, system access and first-week plans.
• Work with Risk and Compliance on employment agreements, contractor classification, background checks and hiring across jurisdictions, including through employer-of-record providers.
• Build the basics of people operations as we scale: HR systems, policies, onboarding playbooks and employee records.
• Report weekly to the leadership team on pipeline health and progress against the hiring plan.
