Position: Entry Level Remote Recruiter Opportunity

We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide proper training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching to help you reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven role with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
