Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the search status. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Work Location: USA
Work Arrangement: Full remote
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm EST (flexible)
Specific requirements: Sales Recruiter experience in the Life Science industry of 3+ years is required.

Responsibilities
  • Finding Candidates: Lead detailed job scope meetings, review applicants via ATS, evaluate candidate qualifications, develop sourcing plans, and source candidates through various channels.
  • Engaging Candidates: Use diverse media to connect with talent, articulate value propositions, prepare candidates for interviews, and keep them updated.
  • Assessing Candidates: Use interview templates, assess skills and background, issue tests if needed, and review references.
  • Influencing the Hire: Keep candidates engaged, partner with hiring leaders on offers, and negotiate as needed.
  • Service Excellence: Adhere to all regulations, build talent pipelines, report recruiting activities, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • At least two years’ recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings, with familiarity with ATS and social media tools.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Boolean sourcing, Microsoft Office, and HR principles related to talent acquisition.

The starting salary range is $50,000 - $80,000, based on experience and location. Benefits include medical plans, STD, LTD, HSA, holiday pay, flexible PTO, 401(k) match, and Volunteer Time Off.
