  • Own end-to-end hiring for global Engineering and Product Management roles—no micromanagement, just trust
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape and drive recruitment strategy using data to inform decisions, set expectations, and prioritize roles
  • Source high-caliber, often hard-to-reach talent globally across platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, Slack, etc
  • Build strong pipelines using a mix of outbound tactics, tools, and communities
  • Drive candidates through a thoughtful, timely, and high-touch process—we care deeply about delivering a positive candidate experience
What you bring to the table
  • Available ASAP—within two weeks
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments (bonus points for B2C product or open-source contexts)
  • Proven sourcing expertise—Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Discord, niche Slack groups—you go where the talent lives
  • Comfortable operating independently in an async, remote-first environment
  • You’re a closer: you’ve guided candidates from first contact to signed offer, across different geographies and cultures.
  • Deep understanding of both engineering and product hiring—can speak credibly with candidates about tech stacks, team structure, product ownership, etc
  • Tech-savvy: quick to adopt new tools and a strong believer in automation where it helps
