Job Title: Social Media Staffing Recruiter

As we expand, we are seeking a Social Media Staffing Recruiter to help us connect with top-tier healthcare professionals—leveraging modern platforms, strategic outreach, and data-driven insight.

Job Overview:

As a Remote Part-Time Recruiter specializing in social media, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent through various social media channels and other platforms. You’ll blend recruitment skills with digital marketing savvy to source, attract, and build relationships with licensed healthcare professionals—especially for hard-to-fill roles. Your expertise in using social media creatively for recruitment purposes will help us identify and acquire candidates who fit our company culture and job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to actively source and engage potential candidates.

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards.

• Use modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, etc.) to find and engage passive candidates.

• Manage and grow the company’s recruiting presence on social media.

• Write compelling job posts and social media content to attract qualified healthcare talent.

• Collaborate with the operations team to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.

• Track campaign metrics, ad performance, and applicant funnel progress- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve sourcing efforts and strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media recruiting.

• Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• 2 yrs. of experience in managing recruitment campaigns.

• 3 yrs. of experience in recruitment (healthcare staffing).

• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience leveraging them for recruitment.

• Strong understanding of current job market trends and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment strategies specific to social media channels.

• Experience in creating engaging social media content for recruitment purposes.

• Familiarity with employer branding practices and how they relate to social media.
