Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Receivables Support Representative to manage collections, billing inquiries, and AR records. You will drive outbound collections, resolve invoice issues, and document customer interactions to ensure cash flow and accurate records.

You’ll open and manage Salesforce cases, support auto-pay enrollment, and identify recurring billing issues for process improvements. Strong English communication and high-volume handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing support, or customer account management.
• Experience handling past-due accounts and payments follow-ups.
• Comfortable outbound collection calls and emails.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-ups independently during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound collections via phone and email.
• Follow up on past-due invoices and outstanding balances.
• Secure payments and document payment commitments.
• Open, manage and close Salesforce cases with clear updates.
• Document calls, emails, and resolutions for audit-ready records.
• Support auto-pay enrollment and identify recurring billing issues for process improvement.
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve billing concerns and maintain relationships.
