• Make 100+ outbound collections calls daily and follow up by phone and email.
• Secure payments, payment commitments, and clear resolution timelines.
• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision‑makers on past‑due accounts.
• Investigate billing issues, disputes, and missing information to unlock payments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document interactions, commitments, and next actions.
• Track progress, follow up on missed commitments, and prioritize aging balances.
