Pavago is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support AR, AP, and sales commissions from a fully remote position in the United States. You will maintain accurate records, reconcile data, and collaborate with finance and sales to ensure timely invoices, payments, and reporting.

The role requires Salesforce expertise, QuickBooks or Bill.com proficiency, and strong Excel skills. You will contribute to month-end closes and produce financial reports for internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Salesforce usage is mandatory for reporting and commissions.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com required; Excel skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Generate and send customer invoices; track outstanding balances; follow up on overdue payments.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments; maintain vendor records.
• Calculate and process sales commissions based on compensation plans.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations; assist month-end closing.
• Use Salesforce and accounting systems to generate reports; reconcile data across platforms.
