Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist for a fully remote position. The role covers vendor invoices, customer billing, reconciliations, and cash flow management, supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a US-hours schedule.

You will work across AP and AR processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and clean records. Strong detail orientation and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting operations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Reconciliation workflows.
• Experience processing vendor invoices and payments.
• Experience generating customer invoices and following up on collections.
• Understanding of AR/AP reconciliation processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work aligned with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and make timely payments across multiple platforms.
• Generate and send customer invoices and reconcile payments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile AR and AP subledgers with the general ledger.
• Assist month-end close and produce cash reports.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and supporting documents.
