Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist (AR/AP) to own the day-to-day flow of money in and out of the business. This remote, full-time role supports fast-paced financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

You will handle AP and AR tasks, maintain clean records, and collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable roles.
• Experience with invoicing workflows and payment processing.
• Familiarity with reconciling AR/AP and month-end close tasks.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS is a plus.
