Job summary

Blue Peak Ventures is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to own the operational path through acquisition, disposition, and file close-out. You will coordinate with title, escrow, legal counsel, lenders, and field resources to move complex off-market transactions forward.

You will build schedules, track deadlines, escalate blockers, and push for timely answers. The role is fully remote across Central or Eastern time zones, with compensation growing with volume and leadership contributions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with title/escrow/closing operations and investor transactions.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys on title matters and closing workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM, trackers, e-signature tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational path through acquisition, disposition, and file close-out.
• Maintain master schedule for closings, deadlines, blockers, and owners.
• Coordinate title, escrow, and lender packages; work with counsel on legal matters.
• Coordinate listing prep, inspections, and field resources through closing.
• Improve processes by testing trackers and workflows with the software team.
