You will own schedules, manage contracts, and ensure timely closing while collaborating with attorneys, lenders, and field resources. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with title, escrow, and closing operations.
• Ability to coordinate with attorneys and closing teams.
• Remote work eligible for Central or Eastern time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master schedule for purchase and sale closings.
• Review executed contracts and manage title and escrow orders.
• Coordinate closing documents, funds, and wires.
• Manage listing prep, photos, access, inspections, and occupancy matters.
• Track progress across execution, deadlines, and blockers.
• Improve processes with the software team and trackers.
