Qualifications

• 2+ years of Nevada, Idaho, Utah, or California residential transaction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada contracts and compliance (Idaho, Utah, or California experience is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision.
• Calm, solutions-first mindset.
• High accountability and attention to detail.
• Desire to grow long-term within real estate operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different personalities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple products.
• Curiosity about systems and technology that increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the transaction process from start to finish.
• Manage residential real estate transactions from listing to closing.
• Review contracts, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the central point of communication between agents, clients, and title/escrow.
• Track deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth, on-time closings.
• Keep files audit-ready and fully compliant with brokerage and state requirements.
• Problem-solve proactively when challenges arise.
