Job summary

VentureCopilot is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to guide Miami-based real estate deals from contract to close. You will track deadlines, coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients, ensuring paperwork is complete and timely.

Precision and calm follow-through keep every deal on track. You will work with a US-based founder or executive and participate in a setup call before day one to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in real estate coordination, transaction support, or similar.
• Familiarity with US real estate transaction process.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong deadline follow-through.
• Comfort with CRMs and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage transaction files from contract to close.
• Track key dates including escrow, inspection, and financing deadlines.
• Review agreements and ensure documents are complete and signed.
