WizeHire, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Virtual Real Estate Operations & Transaction Coordinator to support a fast-growing real estate and legal-services organization.

This role requires ownership, sharp deadlines, and professional client communication to keep every file on track. You will work directly with the founder, a real estate broker and attorney, to manage details, close loops, and prevent tasks from slipping through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating U.S. real estate transactions.
• Understanding of the process from accepted offer through closing.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Comfort communicating with clients.
• Take ownership and follow through without reminders.
• Respectfully hold an executive accountable.
• Learn new systems quickly.
• Comfort with CRMs and project-management tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, and video-editing software.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Admit mistakes quickly and correct them.
• Enjoy creating systems and order from complexity.
• Have a reliable computer, strong internet connection, and quiet work environment.
