Job summary

LKV Realty, LLC is seeking a highly organized Licensed Listing Transaction Coordinator to manage residential listing transactions from executed listing agreement through closing. This role coordinates between the brokerage, seller, title companies, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other partners to ensure timely closings and compliance.

This remote, part-time position averages 20–30 hours per week with a competitive hourly pay range ($27.07–$33.85) and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of residential real estate experience preferred.
• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Texas residential contracts and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential listing transactions from executed listing through closing.
• Review contracts, amendments, disclosures, and docs for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain files per TREC requirements and company policies.
• Track deadlines, contingencies, financing milestones, inspections, and closings.
• Coordinate communication among sellers, title companies, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and contractors.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closings.
• Obtain signatures on contracts, disclosures, and closing documents.
• Prepare files for brokerage compliance review and post-closing retention.
• Provide proactive transaction updates to all parties.
• Identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
