Blue Peak Ventures seeks a Transaction Coordinator to manage the operational path from acquisition through close, coordinating title, escrow, attorneys, and lenders for complex real estate files.

This fully remote role sits at the center of a cross-functional team, owning file schedules, communications with sellers and buyers, and ensuring timely closing while advancing toward senior coordinator responsibilities as volume grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in title, escrow, closing operations or related real estate transaction support.
• Familiarity with legal coordination and lender packages is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex files and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• File control and closing schedules: maintain a reliable view of every active acquisition and disposition file, deadlines, blockers, next actions, responsible parties, dependencies, and escalation points.
• Contract intake, title, and escrow: review executed contracts for accuracy, initiate and manage title and escrow orders, payoffs, and lender packages.
• Attorney and legal coordination: work with independent counsel, closing attorneys, title partners, and outside legal resources on title matters and probate/foreclosure issues.
• Closing execution and financial coordination: coordinate deeds, signatures, notarization, settlement documents, escrow, recording, and wiring, review HUDs and statements.
• Disposition, property, and field coordination: manage listing prep, access, inspections, and occupancy matters through local vendors and field resources.
• Reporting, systems, and process improvement: maintain master schedule and pipeline reporting; collaborate on trackers, workflows, and automation.
