Scale Virtually in the United States seeks an experienced Transaction Coordinator VA who will own day-to-day transaction coordination for LVN Real Estate as the sole coordinator. This fully remote role requires independent execution, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to deadlines and documentation.

You will maintain the master tracker, manage the inbox, organize Google Drive files, calendars, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, COO, CEO, and external parties.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating real estate transactions or projects with deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and communicate clearly in English.
• Proven self-starter who follows SOPs, Loom videos, and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master transaction tracker and update timelines.
• Manage the transaction inbox and coordinate with internal/external parties.
• Organize Google Drive files and calendar dates for each deal.
• Proactively follow up on missing information and deadlines.
• Escalate issues to leadership with context when needed.
