Stratton Group Keller Williams is seeking a full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. The in-office role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and vendors.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience; benefits include paid time off and professional development.

• Willing to obtain an Arizona real estate license if not currently licensed.
• Available to work in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Track contractual deadlines, contingencies, and required documentation.
• Review contracts and transaction documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, and vendors.
• Provide timely updates throughout the transaction.
• Maintain organized and compliant transaction files.
• Update the team’s CRM and transaction management systems.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and closing-related activities.
• Identify potential issues and assist with resolving them.
• Follow established transaction processes and checklists.
