We are seeking a talented Transaction Coordinator who can seamlessly guide our valued home buyers and sellers through the entire contract-to-close process. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of real estate transactions, while upholding our core values of integrity, growth mindset, financial freedom, and failure forward. This is a FULL-TIME position.

Responsibilities

• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.
• Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner.
• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs.
• Enter client information into the client database system and ensure compliance with file requirements by submitting appropriate documentation to the team lead.
• Set the right expectations with buyers and sellers prior to closing. This often takes multiple conversations post-contract signed and before the property can close.

Qualifications

• Motivated by a genuine desire to serve people and deliver excellent customer service.
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience.
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
• High level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 60+ WPM typing speed strongly preferred.

Compensation
