Gulf Shores Realty is seeking a tech-savvy real estate BDC with a flexible remote/hybrid schedule. The role blends targeted outbound dialing with an agile, on-call approach powered by leading CRM and AI tools.

You will build relationships while respecting personal time, delivering speed and consistency in outreach. Responsibilities include daily outbound sprints, rapid response to new leads, pipeline management in Sierra Interactive, and monitoring new inquiries to capture opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hardware setup required: modern laptop/desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB+ preferred).
• Dual-monitor setup (two screens) required for live dialer and data tracking.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Strong communication, speed, and responsiveness to notifications.
• Note: role cannot be performed from a phone or tablet.

Responsabilités

• Execute Daily Outbound Sprints: 50–75 dials daily using the built-in CRM dialer (about 2 hours of call time per day, 5 days per week) targeting Smart Lists.
• 5-Minute Speed-to-Lead Response: stay on-call during daylight hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to connect with inbound leads and AI-triggered hand-raisers within 5 minutes.
• Pipeline Management: use automated workflows and Smart Lists in Sierra Interactive to track client progress, schedule follow-ups, and manage lead status.
• 7-Day New Lead Monitoring: monitor incoming push notifications—even on rest days—to ensure no missed opportunities on brand-new inquiries.
