Gulf Shores Realty is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Specialist – Real Estate to drive outbound lead generation using our CRM and AI tools. The role blends targeted calling with an agile on-call model, offering flexibility without sacrificing performance.

You will manage daily sprint dialing, respond quickly to new inbound leads, and track progress in Sierra Interactive. A tech-savvy mindset, strong communication, and reliable setup are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong outbound dialing experience and ability to handle high-volume calls.
• Proficient with CRM tools and able to navigate data-driven workflows.
• Tech-savvy with comfort in using multiple browser tabs and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and fast responsiveness to notifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute Daily Outbound Sprints: 50–75 dials daily using our CRM dialer; approx. 2 hours call time per day, 5 days/week.
• 5-Minute Speed-to-Lead Response: on-call availability 8:00 AM–8:00 PM to engage new inbound leads within 5 minutes.
• Pipeline Management: track progress and follow-ups using Sierra Interactive workflows and Smart Lists.
• 7-Day New Lead Monitoring: monitor inbound alerts on rest days to avoid missed opportunities.
