Job summary

Remote Latinos is a fast-growing real estate investment firm seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to own our seller-facing sales cycle.

You will step in for the founders on seller calls, negotiate effectively, and convert our active marketing spend into closed deals. This remote, full-time role requires 3–5 years in real estate investment sales, a proven track record, and a bias for action within a commissions-heavy compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in real estate investment sales, acquisitions, or wholesaling.
• Proven closing history with motivated sellers.
• Fluent English with strong objection handling.
• Experience with NEPQ or similar sales framework.
• Self-driven, highly organized and commission-focused.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound seller leads and conduct high-volume outbound calling.
• Build rapport, uncover motivation, handle objections, and secure signed purchase agreements.
• Skip-trace property owners, run market reports, and evaluate deals against buying criteria.
• Track all leads and follow-ups in the CRM until a definitive outcome is reached.
• Coordinate property walkthroughs and hand off contracts to underwriting and closing.
