Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting thorough due diligence on acquisitions.

In-person meetings with prospects occur regularly. You will leverage your 4+ years of sales experience to exceed quotas, negotiate acquisitions, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title teams to close deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers and drive closings.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
