Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes nationwide. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting thorough due diligence on acquisitions.

This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients. You will negotiate acquisitions, analyze comps, and work with realtors, lenders, and title during closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
