Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals. The role is fully remote, with regular in-person meetings for prospects.

Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow. Key duties include lead follow-up, property valuation, due diligence, contract preparation, ARV estimation, and closing coordination with realtors, buyers, lenders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
