The consultant will follow up on leads, value properties, and analyze comps while working with various stakeholders during the closing process. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the role offers a competitive compensation range of $140,000-$220,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with a strong track record.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Proven experience achieving quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts.
